The Prism Mezzanine Fund (“PMF”) was formed in 2003 to provide subordinated debt and equity co-investments to lower-middle market companies. PMF invested in 26 portfolio companies. The fund is currently in wind-down. Prism Capital was the fifth group in the country to be granted both equity and subordinated debt licenses through the SBIC program.
